BASIC BOILER MAKING


The name originated from craftsmen who would fabricate boilers, but they may work on projects as diverse as bridges to blast furnaces to the construction of mining equipment.

The Basic Boilermaking is for the learner who wants to become a boilermaker and will focus on all the fundamentals needed to work with steel fabrication from plates and sections. You will learn, in a practical workshop environment from industry experts. SEMI-SKILLED BOILER MAKING



Boilermakers weld, install, and repair boilers and vats used to store large amounts of liquid and gaseous materials. Boilermakers use welding, metal fabrication, and drafting skills to create high-pressure vessels and piping systems. Boilermakers should be able to read technical metal diagrams and blueprints. They should be able to perform highly technical duties while adhering to strict safety policies set by employers. Boilermakers should be able to work with welders, foremen, and other construction professionals to finish projects.

 You will learn, in a practical workshop environment from industry experts. All modules are done in practice in a fully equipped workshop allowing you to immediate use your practical skills rather than a theoretical environment.

TRADE TEST


The Boiler making Trade Test Preparation course is for the boilermaker with experience that would like write his trade test. This course will ensure that you are well prepared before writing the test by practically testing all aspects of the trade, identifying the gaps and ensuring that those gaps are filled. You will learn, in a practical workshop environment from industry experts. All modules are done in practice in a fully equipped workshop allowing you to immediate use your practical skills rather than a theoretical environment.

CUTTING TORCH TRAINING

The Cutting Torch course is for the new tradesman and will focus on all the fundamentals needed to work with the cutting torch. You will learn, in a practical workshop environment from industry experts. All modules are done in practice in a fully equipped workshop allowing you to immediate use your practical skills rather than a theoretical environment.

GRINDING TRAINING


The Angle Grinder course is for the new tradesman and will focus on all the fundamentals needed to work with angle grinders. The operator uses this machine to grind the pieces he is working with. Grinding procedures can vary, depending on whether those pieces are for further installation or cutting tools. Grinding can be surface, internal or deep. In order to achieve the desired form and dimensions of the piece, the operator must use measuring tools, which can differ in shape and use. You will learn, in a practical workshop environment from industry experts. All modules are done in practice in a fully equipped workshop allowing you to immediate use your practical skills rather than a theoretical environment.
